On the 11th of January, our team had the privilege to attend the Forbes Middle East Under 30 Summit in El Gouna, Egypt.

Unlike many conferences we have attended, which were focused on established industry leaders, this summit was centered around the next generation of talent. This brought a fresh perspective and energy to the discussions and interactions.

The summit was more than just talks and panels. It provided exclusive networking opportunities with potential mentors and influential figures, as well as exceptional learning opportunities from accomplished leaders, aspiring entrepreneurs, and thought-provoking minds.

We decided to attend with a student’s mindset, ready to absorb knowledge and words of wisdom from each keynote speaker and everyone we met. We felt we could learn from their success story.

We had the privilege of personally meeting with several Under 30 honorees and sharing our experiences, asking for their advice and perspectives on the business, economy, and the future of technology.

There are three networking moments which left a lasting impression:

1. We had a thought-provoking discussion with Hazem Eltawab and Ibrahim Elzayat, CEO and CTO of ReNile, a tech company providing end-to-end smart solutions using the Internet of Things (IoT). Their stories of resilience and innovation were truly inspiring, and we discussed potential collaborations to further their impact.
2. We had an unexpected friendly, yet long discussion about the future of automation technology in the Middle East with Mohamed Shelbaya, Chairman and CEO of PepsiCo Egypt. His insights were invaluable and offered fresh perspectives for our strategic planning.
3. We stumbled upon the vibrant space of the Bukhash Brothers. Anas Bukhash’s infectious enthusiasm and innovative approach to storytelling sparked a spontaneous brainstorming session, leading to exciting ideas for some of our future projects.

When leaving the summit, we returned with more than just knowledge and connections. We carried the spirit of the summit – the spirit of curiosity, collaboration, and unwavering belief in the future – within our walls.

We believe that learning, networking, and learning from role models accelerate our growth, personally and professionally.

Hence, this year and in the years ahead, we remain focused on our commitment to seize every opportunity to learn and be inspired by successful entrepreneurs to boost our success.
